Who said that Ring's chromite is even considered to be shipped through Toronto? I thought that is most likely to be through the Soo.
Making a false statement does not justify the solution to it. Same applies to the timing.
No road to the Ring, no other necessary infrastructures, nor any mines and chromite will come after the nickel.
Yet an argument is made as if chromite is about to be shipped.
The 17 to 417 is being widened from Ottawa westwards and it will occur even if the Ring did not exist.( I am often in the Renfrew county.) However this is about making extrapolations to justify inappropriate linkage.
Hallo, No railway for chromite? He is unaware of expenses involved with trucking chromite over such a distance. (If four laning to be considered then from 11 at Nakina to the Ring.)
Politicians and bureaucrats at work. Arrgh!
