You will have to forgive our lack of enthusiasm. We have all been here a VERY long time, we have seen ups and downs more often than we want to admit.

We have been pateintly waiting for the ducks to line up (once in for all) but no one can say with ANY certainty when that day will be. (Especially if you are new)
