JB, its a priority to those living in those conditions but not to the chiefs like Peter Moonias for instance.

The chief that does media stints at ritzy Toronto Hotels instead of at the reserve he runs. It's also not a priority to Wayne Moonias who collects a handsome paycheque to run the reserve but lives in Thunder Bay with his family.

Below is from 2014....and it is quite clear....the lack of priority....

"Neskantaga Chief Peter Moonias said he has been approached by private companies and charities offering to help with the water problems in his community. "

It's an option Moonias said he is exploring, but he has concerns.

"We don't want to leave the government off the hook...when they have the obligation to do that," Moonias said. "The government is responsible to provide that service."
