Sign of desperation or a bluff..either way, if Cliff's threat to pull out wasn't enough to move FNs and gov doubt that NOT's will either. I always keep in mind something that was said a few years ago by a number of associated entities.."the ore isn't going anywhere".

Report said "sources"...if this is not true, Coutts needs to respond to this immediately and not allow it to simmer. Will guarntee the Fns will respond negatively to this threat.

If true, Coutts needs to respond immediately to exactly what steps he feels are needed and how NOT will assist....and imo where exactly the $$ will come from other than govs.

Probably will end up with much ado about nothing. Unless the FN social/economic needs are met progress in the ROF will continue to be slow paced.
