It is now known to the market that the provincial government has done all it could to make the deal for development, only to find out Cliffs was the wrong partner, CAD 42 to low digit. How wrong can one be, as one was left in the dark thinking nothing was happening. Advantage of NOT as a junior is that it can start with the Nickel then the chromite. No need to invest the amounts Cliffs could do no longer, Alan has stated such over and over again. No surprise that Majors are now looking to scoop it up, all documentation drawn-up with just a little bit of a dust sweaper it is a killer deal. Not transparant for NOT, nor the market, Cliffs leasing and saying it would not be done in a lifetime ( benauwend they could not theeservies.... ), and request after request to NOT to be fulfilled. Not for long, a Major is on its way. Guesstimate is in between CAD 5 to 8, before RCF and other shareholders will nod this time.
