I agree 100% with everything other than 2nd best jurisdiction in the world, I am sorry but bureaucratic bumbling and inability to advance such a no brainer for the fear of not getting it right, makes Ontario far from a favourable mining friendly jurisdiction

Poor governance is the only risk of failure in the ROF, that said I truely believe ROF is too good for our elected, to not be able to get it right eventually.
