With this "person" one could ask the same question 20 differt ways and he would give you 20 different answers and still not answer the question!!!

and note, the bombastic NR says he's one out of 16 co-sponsors !!!... that would give us 320 different answers amounting to non-answers. Well, but he's probably unique.

I did think beforehand, that announcement of an announcement also held big disappointment potential...
