I think ultimately there will be both road and rail, the strategy NOT has adopted and I think is sound is 1. First you build the East west road to access eagles nest, as this is the quickest and fastest way to create job and generate revenue, followed by 2. the rail to move the much bigger but longer term Chromite.

I hope this post does not offend, FYI I have been a NOT shareholder since it became listed
