IMO NOT is clearly focused on developing and Mining Eagles Nest, at this time they do not have the funds or Manpower to be distracted by the longer term Chromite deposits. They have made it simple so the government's, FN can agree on the intial smaller but quicker decisions needed to get the mine into production and generating revenue.

It will be 10 years before we see an agreement on the infrastructure and permiting for the Chromite.

Unless of course there is a further deal with the Chinese, as they are the only ones that could hurry this along
