May I add from the shelter of your back, that if Mr. Moonias wants to remain in the 18th or further centuries, then he is most welcome. And he would still not own the surface, just the right to hunt, fish and gather wood from an area of a distance around his place of his habitation that he can walk in one day and back.

I used to hecle Mr.H for his lack of support but now we have a liberal Mr.T who is willing to apease all who cry foul, and this guy will probably grant land no matter how distant or unsupported a claim.
