Sitting here thinking about the up coming announcement that is supposed to change the way mining is to done in Ontario. Will they announce the road, provide time line for infrastructure or the needed and long awaited permits ?

Probably not, its more likely to offer more incentives and make it easy for more exploration, this takes no $$ and already has FN approvals, there is no risk to our government.
