Agreed, although it would-be be far better to keep the development a Canadian initiative, mainly for strategic reason going forward, control on margins, output and free market perspectives. As such initiative is currently lacking, it is indeed the best alternative, second best to a Canadian solution. It no longer looks like politics, Gravelle and his ego, it more looks like bribery to me of more honest investors, and a total lacking of realism. These kind of projects always go ahead at some point, here it depends on the direction of the revenues and if Libs like it or not. Close to malfunction, Trudeau, Wynne and Gravelle. Canada 2016. Unbelievable.
