Message: Thoughts on the State of the ROF - So Mic dosen't get a shot at a take over?

My thoughts…

  • Noront is very quiet other & threaten to shut down if the Gov’t doesn’t move ahead, but then out of the blue starts a drilling program. The release timing would be the end of the first quarter of 2016, in my estimation? Just after FED budget I’m thinking.

  • KWG has news releases almost every week now (see below for back up)

  • KWG, IMO, must have a deal with the Chinese Corp. already or why would they pay Fancamp the 25mil in shares. Well because they can’t raise the money in this market & they have the deal???

  • Chinese are looking for a long term commodity deal for investment deal & FN wants control. This would be pay for the RR & would supply the Chinese with the 100 years of Commodities.

  • So Frank stakes the corridor offing it to FN’s to control what the companies are doing in the area. If they don’t consult or follow the FN’s rules that individual company won’t get there ore out!

  • I believe Frank has done this to insure that KWG stays in the game or Noront would have taken them out long ago. Again my opinion.

  • Chinese paying for the RR which leaves the Federal Gov’t to pay for FN infrastructure.

  • Win, win, win for all but mostly for FN! But as the Ontario Gov’t has said there is enough to share!

  • KWG won’t have a problem with a takeover because Franks plan is not to be taken over. That’s why it’s an infrastructure or commodities deal & not a takeover which is why Frank is giving the corridor to FN, IMO. The Chinese Company is there to protect them not take them over & the gov’t won’t have to approve it, really just the FN!

I have copied some clips from the latest news to highlight my thoughts.

Someone said, on the board that it will happen in the next 90 days after the Liberals were voted in, and I agree!

So how could Gravelle keep his job?

Well because he is doing his job! I know most don’t think so, but I do!

The reason is because some has to delay it until everything is ready to go or the leak could be like insider trading. Once the Fed’s come out with the budget, IMO it will be the first domino to drop, not the last!

Many news releases will come quickly & the stock price for NOT & KWG will move quickly.

All the anticlimactic news releases by Gravelle are used to distract us & down play it untilTrudeau & FN’s are ready to go & the end of the first quarter of 2016 is it, also the start of the inquire to the missing women.

Good cop bad cop…

Gravelle, for now is the bad cop taking the heat, Justin Trudeau & FN’s will be the savior.

Time will tell? What’s a few more months, time to buy!!! J

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Dec. 9, 2015) - KWG Resources Inc. (CSE:KWG)(FRANKFURT:KW6) ("KWG") met on Monday this week with the Mayor, CAO and EDO of the Municipality of Greenstone to discuss mutual plans being pursued by them with the Aroland First Nation for the possible development of beneficiation facilities at Exton, Ontario adjacent to the Aroland First Nation Reservation, in Greenstone's Nakina ward.

Exton-Aroland Site:

A feasibility study to be undertaken by KWG will determine if chromite feedstock material mined at the Ring of Fire and delivered to the site, located at a CN Railway junction, may be processed there into ferrochrome pellets and briquettes using KWG's proprietary direct reduction process with natural gas from the adjacent Trans-Canada Pipeline. A parallel companion facility would process part of the same feedstock material into high purity chromium metal using KWG's proprietary continuous aluminothermic casting process. Additional coterminous production lines would process other fractions of the feedstock to derive medical grade chromium compounds, animal feed supplements, and refined materials for manufacture into refractory products and for supply to the foundry industry.

Shares Issued:

KWG also announces that it was granted relief to the CSE's minimum price rule for the issuance of 25,000,000 common shares to Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (see Press Release of October 29, 2015) and 1,271,250 in payment of services at $0.02 per common share. All shares issued will have a hold period of four months

KWG - TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Oct. 29, 2015)

http://kwgresources.com/kwg-bold-fancamp-extend-koper-lake-option/

The parties have agreed to extend for one year all obligations and dates under the various agreements between them. As consideration for the extensions, KWG will issue 25 million common shares from its treasury to Fancamp, at a deemed value of $500,000, of which $300,000 will be credited as a reduction of the exploration expenditures under the agreements. Under the original terms, KWG and Bold were required to incur exploration expenditures of $8 million to earn a 50% interest in the Koper Lake Project. KWG has completed all but approximately $2.2 million of that obligation. That amount will now be reduced to approximately $1.9 million and KWG has until September 30, 2016 to complete the expenditures and acquire 80% of Bold’s interest in the chromite resources of the Black Horse chromite deposit. Should KWG not make the expenditures by September 30, 2016, Bold has until March 31, 2017 to complete the aggregate expenditures of $7.7 million to earn a 50% interest in the property from Fancamp. Bold is the operator of the Koper Lake Project.

Could China be the answer to Ring of Fire infrastructure woes?

Chinese state-owned enterprise Golden Share Mining Corp. is representing Canada Chrome's interests in China and will receive a cash finder's fee equal to 1% of all CapEx made by FSDI to improve any of Canada Chrome's transport assets.

FSDI is moving quickly to advance the project.

The Chinese firm might have a proposal for KWG Resources by the end of the year, KWG Resources VP of Exploration Mo Lavigne told SNL Metals & Mining on Dec. 2.

"For them to make a commitment to do a feasibility study, and also participate in financing, that's likely to happen over the course of the winter," he said, adding that KWG Resources has been negotiating with potential Chinese partners for the last few years

Looks like work has already started my friends?

The Power Projects Behind the Pipeline Projects - Power for Pumps and Compressors:

In Ontario alone, TransCanada is proposing to construct approximately new 30 pump stations and 9 new compressor stations. At about 25 MW and 11 MW respectively, this equates to about 850 MW of new electricity requirements across Ontario together with additional transmission line infrastructure. This is almost equivalent to the new 900 MW natural gas-fired generating station that Ontario has approved for construction and operation by TransCanada Energy near Napanee Ontario, or one of the Bruce A nuclear reactors. With these electricity needs, TransCanada’s two proposed pipelines will make TransCanada one of the largest electricity purchasers in Ontario.

“While the National Energy Board is the approval agency for the physical pipeline, Ontario Crown agencies, agencies that have the duty to consult and accommodate these First Nations, will have approval responsibilities for the power and transmission facilities required to supply the pumps with the energy required to move the oil in the proposed pipeline.… without Ontario approvals, the oil in the pipeline cannot flow through the province.” (Aroland First Nation, Constance Lake First Nation and Ginoogaming First Nation written submission to the Ontario Energy Board)

Gravelle Defends Himself-from Ontario Legislature yesterday

In terms of the Ring of Fire Infrastructure Development Corp., their key task is to bring the partners together. That includes—very much, we hope—First Nations, in-cludes industry and, may I say, also includes the federal government. They have also been crucial to putting in place some key technical infrastructure studies which again are crucial in terms of us making decisions through the partnerships on the transportation infrastructure cor-ridor that’s going up to the Ring of Fire. We recognize how crucial it is in terms of a resource development pro-ject. It’s in a remote part of the province that has never seen development before. Those are big decisions
