This whole thing is so convoluted that it is anyones guess what will happen. It will someday make a great movie. The only thing certain is that there minerals in the ring that will someday be worth a lot of money. Who will benefit from this and when is anyone's guess, but hopefully it will be Noront, they deserve it!
