Many have learned and applied, Chief Clarence Louie Osoyoos of BC being a prime example. Many others had the opportunity but chose not to.

Then there are many others in between, victims of circumsatnces, history or location.

The first I admire, the second I am ashamed of and for the third group I still have hope and am willing to help but that help is conditional on them willing to most help themselves.
