Yes this discussion is not about our main interest but it still has some relevance to us.
Namely:
Natives are complaining as if the rest of population is at fault. Asking for financing and provision of infrastructures which they are not capable of obtaining themselves.

IF they get all that they ask for where will the money come from?
Does anyone really think that all that cash will come from governments, which though indirectly is still public money, that is your and mine.
More relevant is that they see riches in the ground and are asking for their share of mine profits.

Per previous example, how many of you are ok with forking over about 400 thousand dollars per family for the provision of safe water. Were any of you so paid for your water safety? I suspect not, you paid your taxes and that is how you got it and many other infrastructures. That is how our society works. No freebies for anyone.
I and many people I know do and did move to where there were jobs, economic opportunity or political safety.

It is a question of fair treatment for all. Unfortunately fairness is not same on all aspects of life and not for every one.

Also I think we all want all citizens to be treated more or less equally. So should we as Noront investors provide some of the above to non-investors?
That is the basis of our debate.

Finally, it is not as if we have some other urgent topics to discuss. Keep the forum active.
