I think providing broadband to all the reserves is a great idea, that way they can watch netflix while they are waiting for their drinking water to boil. No wait, won't all those service roads needed to install the cables cause permanent damage to the delicate Boreal ecosystem and disrupt the Cariboo migration? I guess an exhaustive environmental assessment paid for by the government is needed first. After all we have to be sure to get it right the first time.
