Message: Buying Shares in penny stocks such as KWG & Noront
Most advisors/brokers that place an order for you will charge you a "% commision" (last time I did this with TD it was 2% of the total order value) subject to a minimum. If you register for a self directed account with one of the online brokerage firms they usually charge a flat fee per trade independent of the size of the trade. TD Webbroker charges $9.99 prr trade for low volume traders. The fees vary between companies and within companies if you are an active trader.

Fossils advice that ROF penny stocks may be way to risky for your situation is good advice. While they may pay off in mutiples they may also do nothing for a long time, if ever. That said if you are looking at buying some ROF related stock I would stick to NOT or KWG as they are the most likely to survive until something positive happens.
