No need to imagine. Just use an exaggeration:

It is fundamentally impractical to put in a four lane highway or a MacDonalds for a community of 300 in the middle of no-where.
Services are provided according to the tax base, plain and simple. To demand more than a community can support is bad economics and mismanagement.

Natives chose, that is their right, but it is not correct for them to chose to live kilometers deep in the bush and still demand living conditions of Toronto.

Come on people, use some basic logic. Sorry for saying so but I am getting tired of this topic.
