My concern is that the SP is relatively low for Noront (and abysmally low for certain other ROF companies) which would preclude certain major investors (funds, etc.) from even being allowed to invest in the Ring companies.

I fear that the only way the SP will get high enough to attract broad scale institutional interest would be through a buy-out offer.

Sadly, as noted, a lot of small ROF retail investors are probably already essentially "tapped out."

If only we could ignite the attention of the Bay Street speculator crowd, to get some volumes and movement ...
