Message: Feds consider picking up a bigger share of the tab for infrastructure projects

fast-track spending for approved projects that are waiting in the queue for federal dollars to help prod a sluggish economy. He says the department is also going to try to quickly approve projects that provinces put forward for funding

Now we will see what the Ontario government really wants. I am very curious. As far as I can see, they have not really approved of any project relating to Noront so far. They were successfully dragging out the environmental assessment process, and as far as I know the study of a study for a road is not completed, let alone any larger-scale infrastructure plan. So I really wonder whether "approved projects waiting in the queue" can mean something for Noront. Do you think they have specified details of a project behind closed doors?

I also notice that there have been several such indications and reports in the news recently but the share price of Noront has not caught up in any way, it has rather gone down steeply in recent days and fallen back on the 1-year-low of October '15 which also equals the gap from January '15 (!). Technically, the chart is in a critical situation. So does the market think nothing is coming?
