well, agreed, somehow, but the difference is: the talk about infrastructure investments is happening in public, even I have heard of it (thanks to you guys) so the sp should definitely react if this means anything good, but on the other hand: who would have known that Noront was working on acquiring Cliff's assets -- it is indeed less plausible that the market had to anticipate this.

Be this as it may, we will see. I sort of have lost trust, but not hope.
