Ringer,

In the bid for the Cliffs claims, Noront originally had a price of 20 million.

http://norontresources.com/noront-resources-to-acquire-cliffs-chromite-properties-in-the-ring-of-fire/

"Another Bidder an entrepreneur named Mohammad Al Zaibak, tried to block Noront’s acquisition in court, saying the bidding process was unfair and he was just used as a “stalking horse” to get a higher offer from Noront"

This comment of "used to get a higher offer from Noront...was suprising.

What would the offer have been with NO other bidders...$10 million? .....for something someone 750 million on .....???

http://business.financialpost.com/news/mining/noront-resources-ltd-completes-ring-of-fire-acquisition-after-winning-court-approval

"Noront was forced to raise its bid by 7.5 million after a last-minute rival offer came in from an entrepreneur named Mohammad Al Zaibak."

Where was KWG in all of this? I was not aware of them even bidding.

IF they did end up putting in a bid (that I was not aware of )...a bid below 20 million for something someone spent 750 million on ....... that will generate the revenues KWG quoted recently...is not what I would call ...bidding to win.
