I didn't see investor(s) selling....I saw Clarus selling.

We don't know the average share price cost for Clarus's shares.

Their company policy could have dictated that if the share price falls below a certain % of their average cost...the stock is sold.

But why is it that RCF did not gobble up the shares.

What comes to my mind is...

It's illegal when insiders trade on knowledge the general public doesn't have.

If RCF is aware of some good news the public is not aware of ...they cannot buy.
