What I don't understand is why the Ont. Libs' cannot see how they will see a huge return on their investment. What's $1 billion when you can receive tax for 100 Years of mining (and that's not including income tax) . I wonder how many tax dollars the prov. and ont. government received/continue to receive from Inco/Vale? (they've been around for over 100+ years). It is nice to see ROF back in the news though.
