Road? Federally, Natural Resources minister maybe but Environment and Climate have little to do with the road.

And if anyone is to make an announcement for the road it would be Ontario and minister of Transportation whould also have to be there so...

I say it must be something else.

Long shot but it could be some environmental approval for a miner, Noront perhaps?
