Anyway, everyone still waiting to rescue a 60 Billion dollar mining project. Before this becomes a scandale, Environmental approval - too long a wait unlike the recommendations of almost any involved institute - and a road to offset the misfortune of more Canadians than you and I can imagine. February 2016 has become a very important timeline, March PDAC is suddenly a deadline. Any time after, waivers (FN) and dilution (RCF) next to General & administrative expenses (read: the normal wages) are going to kick in. Governmental timelines do not take into account private sector urgency, unlike all the talk and chat to speed up infra expenditure. Like in many cases the game on is Up or Out. That's what waiting a long time has a consequence, too long postponing the right matter and it is lost. Let's have the politicians have the last word on NOT' destiny, they really should be terrified for not deciding a GO, to the bone. Coutts doing a lot of lobbying to exactly set this scene in a diplomatie way. It should be a kind of sin to say no to the ROF, primarily on the basis of sheer profound economics.
