back in Sept., 2015 Noront came out with a 50 million dollar prospectus..letting folks know that from time to time within a 25 month period...they "could" raise up to 50 million dollars.

The recent small Private placements did not require a heads up because of this filed prospectus.

We got notification that the Private placement closed in a Noront news release.

So...now Noront withdraws the prospectus. They did not modify it ..they withdrew it.

Why?

We know Noront will need more money.

Was a deal made with someone for something?

Is there a reason the premarket price was much higher 2 days in a row?

Is there a reason Clarus appears to be making sure the price does not get above a certain price level?

Gravelle has yet to announce the REAL members of the Development corp.

We got the province and Feds, and mining companies ...but who else?

Who will be money bags?

Who has proven money in the bank and lots of it......

A lot of the majors are tight for money right now...but who has lots of it available just sitting there....Who can provide the confidence that should the gov'ts invest 2 billion....there would be no problem in money to finance mines and smelters...??

I guess we'll see soon enough.
