The reason for the length of negotiation time is not about our project but about the entire region. This takes more time, If it was just a road from webequie and the minesite then I think we would have started 2 years ago. Needing a longer road and with the chromite added into the picture this small project has turned into one of the most exterior inflated projects with so many social prioritys included. The result should be a hundred times our present SP location based on when and if everthing can be agreed upon. It is on evryones best interest to agree sooner than later so I am optimistic about a 2016 agreement.
