Finally some hope for a road to the Ring thanks to global warming. Now that the natives cannot rely on their winter roads they desperately need an all season road and this has created a level playing field. The natives can no longer act as though they are doing the miners a favour by allowing them to build a road, the road is no longer a bargaining chip for them. Also now that Noront has no money to advance the road they have placed that responsibility in the hands if the natives, brilliant move! Here comes the road!
