When Ontario gets the 1 bln for the infrastructure are they then obliged to use it for our ROF? I can imagine that if one gets that amount you want to please the people with other things than a road / rail (even though this would benefit for everyone in Ontario). So are there some kind of T&C's? Have a nice weekend Jean
