√ working closely with our First Nation partners

√ past spring we announced a [...] study;

√ need for the federal government to partner with us

... Yes, almost right --- but one thing is missing: "years ago promptly established a devco to facilitate..."

This means: finally some progress in the Ring of Fire -- the Devco has been removed from the minister's litany! The devastating criticism by the auditor general and others did move something. And it's certainly not a small feat to revise a century-old ritual.

I now hope that in the near future we'll see more announcements of commitments to proceed towards continuing that progress!
