I don't believe they're exhibiting. I believe that they're probably trying to focus on preparing for the upcoming visit by the Chinese. Just my opinion, I have no evidence of this.

I believe that they sponsored a hospitality suite last year, but someone told me that hardly anyone showed up. Again, that's a rumour. So maybe they decided it wasn't worth spending the money and taking the time, if they're trying to be prepared for upcoming negotiations.
