Is this prospectus at bought deal already at .35 and flow through at .45 for Noront after close on Friday.

Am i to understand that u can't line up to get these shares or call Secutor Capital Management before opening bell on Monday because the shares are pre-sold.

I think Marlborough Dog tried to explain flow through before, however, these shares are way undervalued and I for one think Noront should cancel this prospectus and re-issue at .55 or .60 to appease current shareholder value.
