Well...how many times in the past few years we have experienced an upswing and how many times did we go back down again. I guess that score is even ;)

Always hoping for the best (like i.e. babjak and funkey are now displaying) but also I'm realistic as ever.

Not sure which side we will be going for now but in the end we all will be having a (more) comfortable life after selling our shares.
