..I agreee, this offering implies that either NOT is really desperate for money (and has absolutely no faith whatsoever that the momentum which has been building will continue to do so, thus panning out as a higher realized stock price in the near term), OR that they owe somebody a huge favour. ...will certainly be interesting to find out who that somebody is!
