Does it make sense to anyone on this board that while you are poking around ....you decide to Cancel the prospectus??

It does to me. Noront said it will NOT sell by that prospectus unless the maturity of

Convertable Loan extended to Dec 31,2016. RCF instead shortenned the leash and

extended it only to June31,2016 and Noront promptly canceled the prospectus eve though

still needing the money. This is were you disagreed saying that RCF pulled maturity

to june from dec 2016. No disrespect meant but i feel that you missed the mark.

I must have read Sedar half a dozen times and did NOT find a single instance

of Loan being extended to Dec31,2016.
