If what I am saying is not true then why did they disband their mining team and stop all work on Eagle's Nest? It was because they could not raise the money for this work. However should conditions change such as a workable agreement with the natives and the start of road construction then investors will step forward with the big dollars and work can continue on Eagle's nest development. So if you have the time and money I would not throw in the towel just yet, but it will require a lot of patience.
