Message: Kick in the ass

It is a hard kick in the ass.

I don't for a minute belive that they could not change the price for the units in the last moment, when they saw the SP rising almost daily.

This offering is way to cheap - and it could leave the impression that the company either are doing somebody a favor or having trouble raising money in a normal fashion. This is not the impression we would like the market to have.

At least they could have skipped the options.

What i don't understand about theese Private Placements, is why the market, investors and regulators will take it - it is almost like companies are allowed to lower the price and sell to whom they want, and by doing this hurting the existing shareholders.

They ought to do placements like here in Europe - existing shareholders are almost always invited to join the offering before all others. This could be at a ration of ex. 10 exixting share allows you to buy 1 new share at the fixed price or sell you right. Hence no dilution of shareholders whom wish to participate in the offering or sell their subscribtion right.
