It is only a cheap PP because of times we're living in. Consider the global economies, consider metal prices, consider the FN's, consider lack of infrastructure. If you ask me, we did ok.

What we also need to realize is that these funds primarily would be coming from existing shareholders. So, you prop the SP up, dump your existing shares and this pays for your PP commitments. Even if you were to sell for slightly lower than the subscribed pricing of .35 cents, you still have the warrants. It's a no brainer. This is common place right now on the TSX-v. It's a cleanse. Rinse and repeat until only the brightest stars shine. I believe Noront is one of those stars. Good luck all.
