Whether at PDAC or the fed budget it seems that a lot will be happening in the ROF for this opening day at the Ontario Resource Forum. What goes on behind the scenes at NOT does not really matter except to have given us another chance to gobble some discount shares. This is too big to fail, Ontario and Canada need this to happen.....and soon.
