This forum is about Noront but one can not just write about it without not mentioning or blaming the causes for the stalemate. You can not divorce Noront from the native communities around the Ring and both levels of government who should be giving proper due to N. Ontario.

And I have not had the opportunity to say so to all of Canada unless the Off Topic forum here applies.
BUT as long as 30 some years ago I did say similar to actual natives. All were surprised and many agreed, believe me or not.
Have you not noticed over the years my lethargy to call them nations or Aboriginal?
I prefer literally, natives or Indigenous.
