ROFrocks, I doubt if there is anyone on this forum who blames the natives for ALL hold ups. To do so would mean one does not know the causes.

I presume that we all, as you?. blame mostly the natives with both governments. Of course there may be some blame to go around for other entities but the three fore mentioned are the main ones. Agreed?
