I hear Bombardier talked about by Winn thus far at First Ministers conference, Winn has to stress getting Canadian Economy jump started by Infrastructure spending in the North Also. Everything else will fall into place, Climate change, FN demands, Energy East, The Canadian economy depends on the Ontario bread basket now, not the West's $35 oil, but NOT.
