As if our prime minister has the power to waive his hand and make the climate change disappear. Even Obama can not do it.

It is a global problem and the natives of Canada will not be consulted because it is greater then them. It requires a concensus between real nations and mostly a political solution has to be reached and abided by all.

All people of this planet are affected in various degrees and our natives do not have any more ability to provide a cure.

I presume it means indigenous to N. America. Tell that to people neighbouring the Sahara. Therefore that is a false statment meant to exaggerate a claim of improper privilege and ability.
