High volumes are traded with a depreciating price. If this was a great opportunity it would be price appreciation and with high volume at that. So where are the buyers?

Edgy, all this unusual high volume around 0.35 must have to do with the recent placement. Of course, it would not be possible to dump 800k shares (like at today's close) if this were simply the game "smart money selling, stupid money buying". This can only be a deal that had been arranged beforehand.

There's only smart money left here ;)
