The sentence below Gravelle's smug content face says:

Michael Gravelle, Ontario’s minister of northern development and mines, says he feels positive the federal government will invest in the Ring of Fire soon. This article is from March 7, 2016 during PDAC.

So, Gravelle is smiling and positive March 7?..

But Noront does their cheap PP...PRIOR to this "positive" statement.

Ok...so ..let me guess Trudeau has a secret meeting prior to Feb. 26 (ONLY with Noront) and said, "no matching of funds for the ROF....he he he he ...don't tell anyone...our little secret...he he he."

And did not mention any of this to Gravelle)(who was completely left out of the loop) who one week later felt so positive during PDAC.

Noront immediately got scared and did this Cheap PP...Actually the meeting with Trudeau only must have been 20 days prior to Feb 26 because around that time our buddy Clarus was dumping which helped to lower the 20day avg price...

Oh maybe Clarus was in on the secret meeting with Noront and Trudeau??Ha ha ha ha..
