Fed Libs have given cover to Wynne et al for the supposed $1 Bil Ont has "allocated" to the ROF. My guess is the ROF will be include in the NEXT (2019) list of infrastructure $$ giving Wynne et al time to Sell Hydro and any other entitiy owned by us the taxpayers to get their budget in line. No comincidence that all this coincides with next election cycles. No consideration for the mining cos that are struggling in the ROF.
