That will happen when hell freezes over. No way the province is going to assume financial responsibility for the reservations which is currently the federal governments responsibility. Especially with the way the province is cash strapped.

Yes it would be easier with a road but then the natives would not have a lot less bargaining power for all the other things they want. They are using the road as leverage even though it is a bit like cutting off your nose to spit your face. It is going to be a long wait.
