Closing of this Non -Brokered PP is( the way I read it) in addition to and separate from

Prospectus Offering closed mid March that raised approximately $ 6 Million net.

Most probably to let BaoSteel maintain their ownership percentage in Noront. It

will give NOT just over $ 1 Million net.

Lets hope for the best!!
